Your Journey

After a customer first calls to enquire about a loft conversion we will arrange an appointment (which is totally free) to come and take some measurements and inspect the proposed loft to make sure that it is possible to have a conversion. We will sit down and talk with you to find out exactly what you are looking to achieve from your loft space. We can then give you some ideas based on the information we have gained from you and provide an estimate for the cost of the conversion. We will always remember this is your loft conversion and you should have what you want, not what we think you should have, as long as it is practical.
We will then put you in touch with our architect who will design how your loft will look and how it will be constructed, with the assistance of a structural engineer. Once your drawings are obtained we will provide you with a detailed quotation setting out the cost of your loft conversion. If you have already obtained your architectural drawings independently for your loft we will be happy to provide you with a detailed quote based on them.
Once you accept the quote and planning permission has been granted (if necessary) a start date can be agreed for our dedicated team of tradesmen to carry out the works. We will keep you up to date at each stage of your loft conversion, from the installation of the steels, notifying Building Control at the relevant stages through to those bespoke finishing touches at the very end.
